Platform operator

OKE is an event photography marketplace operated by Sihebs Technologies Co. Ltd. We process the minimum information needed to help guests find event photographs, complete payments, deliver purchases, support photographers and respond to privacy requests.

Event photography and search keys

Bib numbers, gallery references and access codes are used as event search keys. We do not publish participant registration records. Search analytics use privacy-safe session identifiers and one-way hashes where possible.

Payments and downloads

Payment is processed through Selcom. Original photographs stay private and are released only after server-side payment confirmation using expiring, entitlement-checked links. Download events are logged for security and licensing.

Removal requests

You may ask us to hide or remove a photograph. An image is hidden while a genuine request is reviewed. Contact privacy@sihebs.co.tz or use the removal request form.

Biometric matching

Facial recognition and selfie matching are not enabled. They cannot be introduced without a separate consent workflow, privacy assessment and explicit feature control.
