Marketplace roles

OKE is an event photography marketplace operated by Sihebs Technologies Co. Ltd. Photographers retain copyright ownership unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. A customer purchases the usage licence stated for the selected product.

Your licence

A completed purchase grants the customer the applicable personal, editorial or commercial-use licence shown at checkout. It does not transfer copyright unless an explicit written agreement says so.

Payment confirmation

Photographs are released only after OKE receives and validates the payment provider's server-side confirmation. A browser success page is not proof of payment.

Previews and originals

Public previews are reduced in quality and carry repeated watermarks and trace codes. Screenshot prevention cannot be guaranteed. Original photographs are never published at permanent public addresses.

Refunds and disputes

Contact support with your order reference. Duplicate payments, corrupt files and incorrectly delivered photographs will be reviewed against payment and download records.
